EXPLORING THE SELF IN YOU
I am the immortal self as vast as Universe in the space
without any boundary and
not the mortal self limited to body, space and time
as projected by the little mind
I am the eternal self which has
neither beginning nor end
I not not the limited self as conceived by the mind
during dream and waking state
I am the self embodiment of love to all creations
in the universe and not the little self of limiting the love
to kith and kin as conceived by the mind. .
I am the self as the vast space undisturbed the
activities of the countless planets and stars
I am not the fragile little self easily become a prey to the
conflict of emotions created by the mind
I am the eternal self inside simply witnessing the activities
in and around and remain at peace at all times
I am not the little self reacting to each and every thought
passing out of the mind and loose the mental balance
because of ego
A thought originates from the mind will become an object
when its comes out.and given a name.which
will become a memory in the mind.
like a planet when formed in the space is named
and started started moving.
The eternal self is like a sun centered in the space .
The planets are like thoughts circling around the sun.
thus cause chains of changes in the planets
like day and night,morning and evening,
cold and hot weather etc etc.
But the sun remains constant
radiating light and energy
If we realize that our self is like the sun
the revolving thoughts like planets of the mind around the eternal self inside it will not make any impact and the permanent peace can be be obtained.
Understanding the self outside
is never possible going on reading
thousands of scriptures again and again
for millions of years or meditating on the
forms of deities which are all
are all belong to the mind only.
The eternal self is beyond the
imagination of the mind.
The mind is not permanent
Mind is nothing but thoughts of the past and future things
projected outside in the dream state and waking state.only
To know the eternal self inside
the mind should be silenced and
then the eternal self will appear before you
like a sun with all its glory .
The eternal self inside should be approached without any precondition .and with an imagination by the mind as it is beyond description and concept of the things known to the mind
and which cannot be found in our memory
which will be revealed and experienced by the self only.
To be quiet without doing anything physically and mentally
even for a moment the dawn of enlightenment and bliss
is blossomed a like flower.
once we taste this it will remain for ever. and go to that state to remain in eternal peace whenever we are disturbed in the dream and waking state .
